THE GARDEN ROOM, SPARHAM
Located in a quiet corner of our garden, The Garden Room is a comfortable and calming space surrounded by the relaxing sights and sounds of nature which can help promote positive well being. This can enable our relationship to develop and deepen, a crucial part of our work together. The two water features are not only relaxing for us but encourages wildlife to drink and bathe; the running water also muffles our voices allowing us to sit in the garden itself whilst ensuring our words remain private.
Sparham is 1 mile from Bawdeswell, 2 miles from Lenwade, 3 miles from Reepham, 7 miles from Dereham and exactly halfway between Norwich and Fakenham on the A1067.
WALK AND TALK
Walking whilst talking can take the work into a deeper level more quickly. Exercise can get you out of your head, reconnect you to the surrounding world and let your defences retract.
These sessions take place whatever the weather so suitable attire is required.
Due to the lack of street lighting, walk and talks only take place during the hours of 9am and 3.30pm to accommodate for the winter months and take place in the village of Sparham.
COSTS
Each session lasts for 50 minutes and costs £55;
our first session is at the reduced rate of £35. Our initial session will take place in The Garden Room where we will talk about your needs and expectations of counselling and how we will work together to reach those goals. If we are both happy to proceed, then we will book you a regular weekly time slot.

Payment can be made by BACS and is required a minimum of 48 hours before the start of your session.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the full fee will still have to be paid.
