Face to face sessions may be the preferred choice for you, away from home in a neutral space where you can feel comfortable and at ease, which can enhance the communication between client and counsellor. Based on Lower Goat Lane in the centre of Norwich, The Practice Rooms offers a quiet and comfortable setting with each room allowing social distancing to be respected.
Housed in an old building, there is at least one flight of stairs and no lift access.
There is parking available at St Andrews, St Giles and The Forum car parks.

My working hours are Thursday mornings.
Being with nature can provide a deeper therapeutic experience by providing a more calming, stress free environment which can allow a more open session.
For those of you that prefer the outdoors, I am able to offer Walk and Talk sessions around the village of Sparham. Our initial consultation would either be in Norwich or over Zoom so we can discuss the implications and differences of this type of practise.
You will need to have a reasonable level of fitness and good, sturdy walking shoes to partake in this form of practice.
Sparham is 1 mile from Bawdeswell, 2 miles from Lenwade, 3 miles from Reepham, 7 miles from Dereham and exactly halfway between Norwich and Fakenham on the A1067.
You may find being in the presence of another person overwhelming, leaving you feeling uncomfortable or vulnerable. If so Zoom may be a safer alternative for you. The screen may help you feel safe and protected which can allow you to be open and present during the session. Zoom sessions still run with the same boundaries as meeting in person.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes and costs £40 during the hours of 9am-5pm.
I also offer limited evening sessions from 5pm to 8pm which cost £50.
I have limited concessional prices for students and members of the farming community. Please contact me for further details.
